Hello! I went to UIC for a bit. I don’t go there anymore. I love UIC. Even if I don’t go there, I always visit. Academically, I guess it’s alright. I don’t think I can give you an accurate description since I didn’t go there for long, but I haven’t heard too many complaints from my friends that go there (except for the all-nighters for finals and projects, but that’s kinda a general college thing).
Yea, I’m pretty sure most of the students commute to school rather than dorm, but there is a relatively large portion of students that dorm there. UIC has a couple of different places to dorm and a lot of the surrounding apartments are owned by students, so there’s that. If I still went to UIC, I would’ve liked to live in the dorms there since I think that’s one of the easier ways to have a more fun college life.
